Returns

We do not accept any returns under any circumstances. 

Shipping 

Due to the high volumes of packages and restrictions due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing delays. Please allow up to one month for packages to be delivered before contacting us. If you have any questions, and it has been over one month, you may file a missing mail form via USPS.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For inquiries about any issues submitted after 7 days since an order was delivered, we cannot replace, refund, or exchange any item, no exceptions. For items that have been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us via email at essentialsage1@gmail.com. Please include your order number and proof of damage within your email.
